This privacy policy applies to Andpad Vietnam Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the"Company") . We acquire personal information that can identify individuals such as name, address, telephone number, email address and information related to recruitment activities such as educational background, career, desired job role and desired date to join the Company. The purpose of acquiring personal information is to make pass/fail judgments, to inform of interview results, and to manage the recruitment at the time of hiring, and not to use it for any other purposes.

2. Consignment of personal information

Except as stipulated by laws and regulations, the Company does not entrust information that can identify an individual (name, address, email address, etc.) to a third party beyond the scope of the purpose of acquisition without the consent of the individual.

3. Disclosure - Correction - Deletion of personal information

In the case we receive a request for disclosure, correction, addition, or deletion of personal information (excluding the information of recruitment evaluation, etc.), notification of purpose of use, or refusal of use or provision, the Company will promptly respond according to our procedures.

The Company continuously strives to take technical and organizational safety measures against risks such as unauthorized access to personal information or loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage of personal information

5. Voluntary provision of personal information

The provision of the applicant's personal information to the Company is voluntary based on the applicant's consent. And if the information necessary for our recruitment selection is not provided, please be aware that it is possible that the selection process for employment may be deemed to have been declined.
