The Opportunity

We are looking for an AI Solution Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI systems and applications that simulate human intelligence processes. This role involves leveraging machine learning, deep learning, and data science techniques to create and deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance business operations.

Also, there are a lot of opportunities to work with new languages ​​and frameworks other than the main language in an international environment. 

Job Scope

• Architecting AI Solutions: Design and develop AI Agents and RAG pipelines to automate complex workflows in construction project management.
• Prompt Engineering & Optimization: Build, evaluate, and iterate on high-quality prompt-chaining strategies (using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph).
• System Integration: Lead the integration of AI capabilities into ANDPAD’s existing microservices, ensuring scalability and low latency.
• Cost & Performance Monitoring: Implement LLMOps to monitor token usage, model performance, and data security/privacy (especially regarding sensitive data).
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest AI research and technologies, proposing improvements to existing systems and workflows.

Requirements

Must Have

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related field (equivalent experience accepted); a Master’s degree is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in Python (or Golang as an alternative), including at least 2+ years working as an AI Engineer
• Experience integrating AI/ML models into production systems
• Experience with Agent based architectures, frameworks and technologies (such as MCP, A2A protocol, Langchain, Llamaindex, Google ADK …)
• Solid hands-on experience in LLM-based systems, prompt engineering, or RAG architecture
• Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English (both written and spoken)
• Strong understanding of:
• Backend development (web frameworks, databases)
• Cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure, AWS, Terraform, serverless architecture)

Nice to Have:

• Basic understanding of frontend development (e.g., TypeScript/React)
• Understanding of AI system deployment from a security/compliance standpoint
• Experience introducing traditional machine learning techniques and related ML pipelines to improve businesses
